The log should be updated whenever maintenance takes place, particularly if this relates to a failure. Please provide as much relevant information as possible include the CVS from the software or photos if applicable.

2018/09/15 - Blade replacement
Incident/task: One blade from stage 4 of the turbine with serial number 0305 broke at the root. The fracture occurred while stage 4 was being sanded in-site to eliminate small interferences of the new blades.
Action: It was replaced by a blade from the same batch. The new blade was slightly sanded for better fit.
Further actions: Spares with serial number 0434 for the same stage were manufactured with increased tolerance to reduce the likelihood of a similar failure and time required for filing.
